User Agreement
“MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS”
1. When determining the "member name" name, names that are against morality and law cannot be determined. These member names cannot violate the legal rights of third parties such as copyright, brand, trade name. In such cases, https://www.WFTurkey.com/sitesi management will not allow membership to be created with this member name and may suspend or terminate this membership at any time and in any way it wishes, even if it has been created.
2. By accepting this agreement, the member consents to the sending of all kinds of data, audio and visual content to the member's electronic communication addresses, using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, short message service, etc., for the purpose of promoting, marketing its goods and services, promoting its business or increasing its recognition with content such as congratulations and wishes, by the https://www.WFTurkey.com/sitesi management in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.
3. Members cannot use their comments and likes in a manner that violates general morality and legal rules. In the event that such messages are detected, https://www.WFTurkey.com/may remove the relevant message and unilaterally suspend and terminate the membership without informing the member and without giving any reason. The member has the right to object and complain about this situation, and the decision to be made by the https://www.WFTurkey.com/site management upon application is final.
4. The security of the member name and password, their storage and not sharing them with third parties are entirely the responsibility of the Members. The suspension or termination of illegally seized member accounts is at the discretion of the https://www.WFTurkey.com/site management.
5. The www.WFTurkey.com site management may unilaterally change or completely eliminate these user terms at any time and in any manner it wishes.
6. Turkish Law shall apply in the implementation of these Membership Terms. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising or that may arise from this User Agreement.
